FRESHNESS
No silent carry-forward.
Every price, fact and calculated view needs an “as of” time and expected update cadence. Stale, missing, conflicted and withdrawn are explicit states. A failed refresh cannot leave yesterday’s number looking live.
Value first. Price second.
DATA & SOURCE POLICY
This page distinguishes the current prototype from the production standard. A provider logo, chart embed or generated explanation is not proof that a research conclusion is current.
TradingView widgets may be live or delayed by exchange and remain subject to the provider’s availability.
A limited seed universe supports the demo. It is not a complete exchange security master.
Illustrative profiles show product structure. Numeric bands and scores are withheld from decision use.
PRODUCTION SOURCE STANDARD
NSE and BSE corporate filings/XBRL; SEC EDGAR for US-listed issuers
Primary facts, security changes and filing timestamps
Licensed exchange or authorised vendor feeds
Delay label, adjustment policy and retrieval time on every output
A licensed point-in-time estimates provider
Analyst count, mean/median, dispersion and revision history
RBI DBIE, MoSPI, FRED and BLS
Series identifier, release date and revision status
Rights-cleared feeds, permitted RSS/API use and links to original publishers
Context only; never silently promoted to a primary fact

RIGHTS & ATTRIBUTION
Production ingestion must follow exchange, vendor and publisher licences. Store only permitted content, preserve attribution and link to the original. Summaries must carry correction or withdrawal events forward.
CORRECTIONS
A correction creates a new version with what changed, why it changed and which previous conclusion it supersedes. Published evidence, inputs and machine-output records remain auditable.
PRIVACY
Visitors can browse without signing in. Anonymous watchlists stay in that browser. If you sign in, a saved watchlist and any holding you explicitly choose to save are stored with your account so they work across devices. Account records include your name, username, email and sign-in method; passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Authentication sessions are validated on the server and expire after no more than 30 days; leaving “keep me signed in” unchecked uses a browser-session cookie. No brokerage account is connected, and account controls let you delete the account and synced data.
LAUNCH GATE
Before any current recommendation, return expectation or personalised feature is published, the product needs confirmed data licences, auditable calculations, complaints and correction processes, security review and specialist advice on the applicable research, publishing and advisory obligations.
