MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Clear access, renewal and cancellation terms.

What membership provides

Paid access unlocks additional research displays and decision tools. It does not provide trade execution, portfolio management, guaranteed outcomes or personalised suitability advice.

Plans and renewal

All plans are one-time purchases: seven days, one calendar month or one calendar year. Access ends after the purchased period. To continue, choose a plan and pay again; we do not set up automatic renewal. The displayed plan amount is the total charged by ArthaSignal; no separate tax charge is added at checkout. Contact support for invoice or tax-treatment questions.

The full displayed price is paid at checkout. No AutoPay mandate or temporary ₹1 authorisation is required for these plans. Paid access starts after payment confirmation.

Cancellation and access

No cancellation is needed to stop future charges for a one-time plan. Access continues until the paid period ends unless law or a payment reversal requires otherwise. If you have an older recurring membership, its existing cancellation controls remain available.

Payment confirmation and expiry

Access begins only after ArthaSignal verifies the payment directly with its payment provider. A browser redirect or payment screenshot is not confirmation. When your paid period expires, Plus features lock until a new payment is confirmed. Free features remain available.

Service policies

Read our privacy policy, refund and cancellation policy, contact details and grievance process.

Refunds

For refund requests or payment issues, contact us at support@artha-signal.com with your account email and payment reference. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider; the time to reach your account depends on the payment method and bank. A confirmed full refund or payment dispute may end the related access immediately.

Research and automated systems

Market and filing inputs can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Automated systems may help organise and explain source-backed inputs, but cannot create missing facts or guarantee returns. Always verify primary sources and read the research-risk disclosures.
