How ArthaSignal handles account and payment information.
Information we use
We use your verified email address, account identifier and display name to sign you in. If you choose to save research, we store your watchlist and holdings, including notes and purchase details you submit. Checkout uses your account email and mobile number, plan choice, payment references and consent records. We also store whether you completed or skipped the subscriber welcome tour so it does not keep appearing on your account.
Payments and service providers
Firebase provides authentication. Cloudflare hosts the website and database. Cashfree processes payments and recurring mandates. ArthaSignal does not collect or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. Research explanation requests may be processed by the configured AI service; avoid putting sensitive personal information into research requests.
Cookies and security
A secure session cookie connects your browser to your signed-in account. Browser storage may hold your sign-in preference and local watchlist. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect research requests from automated abuse. We retain operational logs and rate-limit records for service security.
Access, deletion and retention
You can view your account and delete it from account controls. Deletion removes linked saved research, membership and payment records from our database. We retain a minimal Firebase UID and deletion timestamp to prevent older sign-in tokens restoring the account. Payment providers and other service providers may retain their own records under their policies and applicable law.

Contact support@artha-signal.com for access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns. Include your account email and describe your request; do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or identity documents by email.
